Peter Kirstein puts Queen Elizabeth II on Internet

ARPAnet comes to the Royal Signals and Radar Establishment, a telecommunications research center in Malvern, England.  Peter Kirstein helps the Queen becomes one of the first heads of state to send an e-mail with her username “HME2.”
